She made 1 batch and then guided me through making the 2nd batch.
This recipe can be very messy while making!

Here's the recipe you requested. Sorry it took so long.
Anne, these are so simple - 10 minutes tops from start to finish?
Consider: 2X this recipe. (2-12oz boxes)
1/4 Cup Butter
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup Peanut Butter (Creamy)
6 Cups Crispix - (1)l 12 oz box is enough for 1 batches
or Publix brand Crispy Cor & Rice
In plastic bag:
1 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar
Use a rubber spatula to [cont] pieces with chocolate mixture.
Place butter and chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl and cook on high for about 1 1/2 minutes until melted.
(Don't overcook, the chips won't look melted but if you stir them they will be). Then add the peanut butter. Pour this mixture over the Crispix. Fold until all pieces are covered.
In a plastic bag put the powdered sugar. Pour the Crispix into the bag. Shake until all pieces are coated. If it looks a little wet, add a little powdered sugar and shake some more.
That's it. Let me know how they turn out! Happy Holidays.
